Do I have to get airbrush makeup or do you have other options?

As much as we love airbrush makeup and all its’ benefits, artists always carry traditional foundations/makeup as well.

Does airbrush makeup take long to apply?

It depends on the type of coverage desired, but in general is a fast and easy application.

Do all skin types qualify for Airbrush makeup application?

The majority of skin types are compatible with Airbrush makeup, except for those on any type of medication that causes extreme skin dryness and flakiness such as Accutane.

How will I know if I like airbrush makeup if I choose it for a special event or wedding?

If you have never had airbrush makeup, and you are getting married or are part of a very special event and want to be sure you will like this product, a trial is recommended.


How Do I Begin Booking My Wedding Day "Beauty Team"?

Once you have inquired and you receive and email confirmation that your date is available, a deposit is due immediately in order to secure your date. We will send you an intake form that should be completed at your earliest convenience in order for our booking coordinator to start the process!

Is There A Hair And Makeup Minimum In Order To Book My Wedding?

We require a booking of 6 + individuals for bridal party booking during peak Saturday’s of the year (May - October). For events during off-peak season/days, bookings will be taken based on availability.

Can Members Of My Bridal Party Pay You Separately For Their Services?

We do not take individual payment from anyone except the agreement signee. All payment should be collected in advance and provided on or before the given date/time frame on the intake form. If services are added on the wedding day, the bride or agreement signee is responsible for collecting the payment and providing it to the head stylist/artist.

Can I Change The Number Of Hair And/Or Makeup Services After Booking?

You may add services on at anytime with written request. No deductions to the service list are to be made once the intake form has been received.

Is Booking A Bridal Trial Required?

A Bridal Trial is essential for your complete satisfaction on the wedding day. It is highly recommended. This will give you an opportunity to test makeup products for compatibility with your skin. New products should not be applied to your skin for the first time on your wedding day. Your will get to see your hair styled the way you envisioned it, or make changes to your vision. Sometimes seeing a style in a photo ends up being the complete opposite of what you end up choosing for your big day. This is also the perfect chance to meet your artist/stylists and ask all the questions you'd like about the big day details. There have been some individuals who hesitated to book a trial, and after having the trial done, they reported feeling releived and comfortable having done so.

Is My Bridal Trial Included In My Beauty Package?

A bridal trial is a completely separate appointment with your artist/stylist and booked well in advance and is not included in your wedding day bridal package.

How Long Does It Take To Do Hair & Makeup On The Morning Of My Wedding?

This depends on how detailed your desired look may be. On average however it takes 35 - 45 minutes for one service (hair or makeup). This may vary depending on the add-ons you choose (extensions, false lashes, airbrush makeup). The correct amount of stylists / artists will be assigned to your event to ensure you finish on time. Keep in mind your trial appointment will take longer than your hair and makeup on the actual day as the trial includes thorough consultation so that the artist can work with you to achieve your desired look.

Is A Deposit/Retainer Or Contract Required To Hold My Wedding Date?

We book on a first come first serve basis, and do not hold dates without a (non-refundable) deposit in order to secure your date.

When Should I Book For My Makeup And Hair Trial?

You can book your trial at any time you wish. We recommend a bridal trial be done about 2-3 months before your wedding date to be sure. Most BeautiMark brides and guests book us first, and do the trial later at their convenience, or closer to the months prior to the event.

How Should I Prepare My Hair And Skin For The Trial?

For the trial and wedding, please ensure your skin is makeup free. Try to avoid heavy skin care products such as sunscreen, vaseline, etc. A light moisturizer is preferred. Your hair should be product free, clean and blow dried. Flat ironing your hair will make the desired look fall loose much quicker, so please avoid using one.

Will The Artist At My Trial Be The Same Artist For My Wedding Day?

Yes, we always book the same artist/stylist for your trial, as your wedding day. Of course in any case of an unforeseen circumstance, should an artist be unavailable due to an emergency we will provide another artist on our team to cover.

When Should The Bride's Hair And Makeup Be Completed On The "Day Of" Beauty Schedule?

Not first, and not last. Somewhere in the middle is just right. The order in which your hair or makeup is done, will not matter as you will receive touch ups at the end of your service.

Are Touch-ups Included For My Entire Bridal Party?

Our stylists and artists ensure long lasting products are used so your look lasts all day! Our team will perform a round of touch ups for everyone before leaving your event.

One of the main concerns with makeup is the longevisty of lip colour. We use long lasting lip stains so your lip colour will not completely fade throughout the duration of your event. There will always be a stain left on your lips, even after dinner!
We do offer lip touch up kits for brides who feel more comfortable having one throughout the event.

Can My Bridal Party Add Any Additional Services The Day Of?

If an individual wishes to add on Airbrush Makeup, Lashes, add extensions to the style or request tattoo coverage, please let your artist/stylist know. Payment must be provided upon request of services. Hair and makeup service add ons are acceptable, given sufficient time. Payment should be provided at time of service.

You can hire the the BeautiMark Pro's for any project or event that requires on-site or in-studio makeup and hair such as weddings, photoshoots (e.g. engagement, maternity, editorial), headshots for portfolios, realtor signs etc. BeautiMark Pro offers one of the most versatile beauty team in the market with expertise and experience working with all ethnicities, and backgrounds. Where Do You Perform Hair & Makeup?

We are a mobile hair and makeup service. We are available to come to your location of choice, whether at a Golf and Country Club Venue, Hotel or at home!

How Far In Advance Should I Book You?

Most of our guests contact us as soon as they get engaged. Finding the right company to make the magic happen on the wedding day isn’t easy (until you find us of course!) We generally book about a year in advance. If you are booking a last minute wedding please do not hesitate to inquire about our availability as we have a several artists and stylists on our team and will do our best to accommodate you!

Do You Have Minimums?

A minimum booking may apply depending on the time of year, and day of the week. (please inquire for specifics, as we have made some changes to our minimum booking policy due to Covid-19) During peak season: Saturdays from May-October minimums: 6 hair and/OR 6 makeup* Friday/Sundays minimums: 5 hair and 5 makeup* *minimums apply to adult services booked Off season: November-April Saturday Minimum: 4 hair and 4 makeup Friday/Sundays. Please inquire for minimums. A service fee may apply to bookings which do not meet this requirement.

Do You Provide On-site Services?

Yes! We will come on set, and on site, wherever your event takes you.

Do You Provide Services For Large Parties?

Yes, we specialize in working with large parties. We have a team of artists and stylists that are able to accommodate any size party or group. Please inquire about your specific group size and event type.

What Are Your Travel Fees?

Our travel fees are very minimal, and fair. In order to determine an exact travel fee, you must provide our booking Coordinator with the address you will be getting ready at.


What happens if I need to reschedule my event date, due to Covid-19?

The deposit you have provided to secure your date is non-refundable, however if you are rebooking your event with us and the date is available, we will simply transfer your deposit to the new date.

What are your protocols for wearing masks during the pandemic?

Until further notice, we currently require all individuals (our staff members and clients) to wear a mask while services are in session. If services can be completed outdoors, whether permitted, it is recommended.
