COVID-19 POLICY & GUIDELINES

Should you need to reschedule for a new date, due to current Covid-19 restrictions, we will do our very best to accommodate you. We have set out standard policies and guidelines, 

 

Hair services are allowed in every colour Zone except GREY. Makeup services are permitted in GREEN & YELLOW zones only. Your contract is subject to change if by law makeup services are not permitted. 

 

If you have booked a high season date (Fri-Sun, between the months from May-October) and meet the minimum requirements agreed upon at the time of booking, we will reschedule your wedding date on any high season date; subject to availability. 

 

If you have booked a weekday wedding from Monday-Thursday and have booked a number of services below our standard minimum services (5-6 hair & makeup) we can reschedule your event date to a similar date (Mon-Thursday), subject to availability.

 

Should your new event date happen to fall on a high season date, and you do not meet the minimum number of services, the promo pricing or any other discounts/offers will no longer apply and our current price list will be applied, as well as the appropriate travel fees for any given high season date. 

 

You may reschedule your event ONCE with no penalty. The second time, a $45 fee will apply, and subject to availability. All deposit/retainers are non-refundable under any circumstance. You have from 6 months of your original booked date to reschedule your new date, and transfer your retainer. 

 

Your retainer will hold one date at any given time. Should you wish to put another date on hold, an additional retainer is required.
